Outside visiting hours, please contact the nurse for special arrangements. The Hospital will change the visiting hours in response to special circumstances. Please observe hospital notices.

  1. Visitors must bring along Visitor Card for inspection.
     
  2. Notes to Visitors
    • Please use the main entrance of Kwai Chung Hospital to enter and exit the hospital and bring along Visitor Card for registration.
       
    • Without the permission of a doctor:
      • visitors must not provide patients with any drugs;
      • visitors must not pass any documents to patients for signature.
         
    • Inform ward nurse before giving food to a patient.
       
    • Visitors must not provide patients with any article that may cause harm them such as sharp items, lighters etc.
       
    • Children under the age of 16 and pregnant women are discouraged from visiting patients. For special arrangements, please contact the ward nurses.
       
    • Visitors are required to comply with the infection control measures of Kwai Chung Hospital. Our hospital will adhere to the respective infectious disease response level activated by the Hospital Authority and visitations will be suspended if necessary.
       
    • The visitor pass is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Please contact the ward nurse for a new visitor pass if patient is still in the hospital.
       
    • When the patient is discharged from the hospital, the visitor's pass will be nullified. Please return it to the ward nurse.
       
    • Visitor's badge should be worn throughout the visiting period. Please return it to our staff at the main entrance before leaving the hospital.
       
    • Please do not give cigarettes to patients and smoking is not allowed within the hospital compound. Offenders will be prosecuted.
